Tala operates manufacturing facilities in Jepara, Indonesia, and Cebu, Philippines. Tala combines expertise in Hotel Furnishings, Design, Manufacturing, and Sourcing.

Requierements :

MANAGER PPIC

• Female/male, Age 30 - 40 years old
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the same position. Good addition if you are experience in furniture/interior industry.
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in industrial engineering.
• Understand concept of Master Plan Schedule, Capacity Machine, Inventory Management and Manpower Planning
• Able to operate Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill

ADMIN PPIC

• Female/Male, Max 30 years old
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for the same position. Good addition if you are experience in furniture/interior industry.
• Have leadership & Communication skill
• Candidate must possess at least SMK/Diploma in any field.
• Able to operate Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Having knowledge about manufacture furniture

DRAFTER

• Male, Max 30 years old
• Minimum SMK, Polytechnic or Diploma majoring in engineering, architecture or equivalent
• Preferably have min 1 year experience on the drafter furniture
• Able to operate AutoCAD
• Able to operate Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Can work with the team
• Have initiative, creativity and integrity

PURCHASING

• Male, Age maximum 35 years old
• Education minimum D3/SMK
• Good and strong in sourcing, negotiation, supply chain, inventory management, cost reduction and business ethics
• Minimum 1 years practice (Especially for Manufacturing of Furniture Company)
• Able to operate Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Good and Strong in Administration
• Proactive, Fast learner, excellent in communication skill and teamwork
• Candidates must be willing to work in Jepara.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

• Male, Age maximum 30 years old
• Education minimum D3/SMK 
• Understand the furniture,spec and materials
• Understand reading picture CAD
• Experienced as QC in furniture company at least 1-2 years
• Ability to work in pressure,individual and a team
