PERSONAL ASSISTANT 
Job Description : 
  • Processing daily routine expense and bill payment 
  • Providing sales report to board of director 
  • Handling administrative duties, reception and telephone traffic 
  • Organizing appointments 
  • Improving skills by implement and maintain office systems 
  • Seting up and maintaining database and filling systems 
  • Liaising with guest and other staffs 
Requirements : 
  • Woman
  • Able to handle multiple task 
  • Computer literate (willing to try software, self -learning) 
  • Good analyze, logical thinking, fast learning, open minded and cooperative 
  • Excellent organizing and team work 
  • Good in Bahasa & English
