TTM (TRADE MARKETING MANAGER)
Central Java Area
General Requirment :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 year Trade Marketing Experience or Retailing Experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of the business
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic marketing plans that drive results
- Possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical/problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating this to DSR Team.
- Maintaining a positive and active Trade Owner base to increase purchase orders (i.e. increase share trade shelf)
- Regular visits (OJT) with sales to stores and provide acquisition & development plan
- Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
- Manage and responsible for merchandising activity (making sure that the merchandising / marketing materials are deployed effectively)
- Managing and motivating sales team
- Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating this to DSR Team
- Maintaining a positive and active Trade Owner base to increase purchase orders (i.e. increase share trade shelf)
